Get your glitter on for ACRA 2017

 

The Australian Commercial Radio Awards recognise excellence in radio broadcasting across 33 categories of news, sports, talk, music and entertainment.

Beginning in 1989 and known then as the "Rawards", the ACRA night is the highlight on the nation's radio industry calendar.

Media Group Director, Ben Harrison, again joined a panel of his peers to judge certain categories for the 2017 Awards. A well-seasoned radio producer, voice over artist and former award recipient, Ben said after his appointment to the panel "With hundreds of nominations from metropolitan and regional stations, the ACRA selection process gets more challenging every year.  There's always some lively debate, but I enjoy doing my bit for the industry I love".

This year's ACRA gala night will be staged at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday, October 14. Stay tuned for the results!
